Our carriers are also currently experiencing delays in delivery with significant delays within Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver centers. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that, in order to speed up delivery times, your order may arrive in several packages. Each item is sent as soon as it's available.
Receive free shipping Canada-wide (excluding YK, NT, NU), on Canada Post Expedited shipping only, with any standard online purchase of $150 or more before taxes.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1 pm EST will be shipped the same day, once your payment has been successfully authorized. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
At this time, we are unable to offer in-store pick-up for online purchases or the option to reserve items at your closest store. Thank you for your understanding.
Track your order!
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the associated tracking number. Just click on the link provided to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
You can also track your order history on our site. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the "Status & Tracking" column.
If you placed your order as a guest you can click here. Please enter the order number, the email you used to place the order and the billing postal code.
You may be given more than one tracking number, depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center. These tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment confirmation emails.
