Holiday Shipping

To ensure parcel receipt by December 24, 2017, orders placed online (including gift cards) must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm (local time) on December 14, 2017, for provinces BC, AB, SK, MB & NL; and 11:59 pm (local time) on December 18, 2017, for all other provinces.

Purchases made in-store and online during the months of November and December 2017 can be returned until January 7, 2018 (inclusively). Merchandise must be presented with price tags in place. Upon presentation of a gift receipt, holiday gift items can be exchanged or credited on a gift card for the original purchase price. Upon presentation of an original receipt, holiday gift items can be refunded in the original method of payment for the original purchase price. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted on December 26 and 27, 2017.

To maintain our high standards of customer service, Laura and Melanie Lyne uses Canada Post as our exclusive partner to ship product directly to our customers’ homes and offices. We are also proud to be one of the first online vendors to offer the additional option of having your parcel shipped directly to any one of thousands of Canada Post offices throughout the country.

At this time, we are unable to offer in-store pick-up for online purchases or the option to reserve items at your closest store. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer flat shipping rates, so you know what your costs are going to be when you place your order, and don’t have to worry about size or weight.

All orders are shipped in our own corrugated cardboard boxes or heavy gauge plastic.

Please note we may ship your order in several packages so you can get your items more quickly. Your items can come from our warehouse located in Laval, Québec or from any one of our stores. If this is the case, we will ship the items as soon as they are available without any additional charges. You will receive an email with tracking information for each item that will ship separately.

Order processing times

If your order payment has been successfully authorized, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EST will be shipped the same business day, pending any unexpected delays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Areas we deliver to

We ship to customers’ homes and offices within Canada (excluding stores). At this time, we are unable to offer in-store pick-up for online purchases or the option to reserve items at your closest store. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship outside of Canada addresses.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

If you placed your order as a guest you can click here. Please enter the order number, the email you used to place the order and the billing postal code.

Please note that we may ship your order in multiple packages so that you receive your items quickly. You may be given more than one tracking number; depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment confirmation emails.

Redirecting an Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

Canada Post public holiday shipping schedule

Laura and Melanie Lyne is proud to ship exclusively with Canada Post. In accordance with Canada's Statutory Holiday schedule, Canada Post outlets will be closed on national, provincial and territorial holidays. This may result in the delay of certain deliveries.
