Placing an order
How to place an order?
Step 1, Choosing your items
You will browse items from both Melanie Lyne and Laura. Once you find an item you like you must select the colour and size you want. After you made your choice add the items to your shopping bag. Once you've finished shopping you have to hover over the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page and click on ""View bag/Checkout"". When using mobile devices you simply click on the icon.
Step 2, Validate your bag
Review the items you chose. You can edit your choices by either changing the colour and size, or you can remove the item all together. Once you finished looking over your items you click checkout.
Step 3, Checkout: You can either checkout as a guest of log onto your profile.
Step 4, Shipping: Choose your shipping method. You can ship to a specific address or a Canada Post office.
At this time, we are unable to offer in-store pick-up for online purchases or the option to reserve items at your closest store. Thank you for your understanding.
Step 5, Billing: Choose your method of payment.
You can place your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, gift cards or style rewards. Please note, for PayPal and Sezzle you will be redirected to their login page so that you can input your information. Once that is complete, you will be brought back to your checkout page.
Step 6, Review
You will review the items you chose, your shipment method and your billing method. Once you're satisfied you can place the order. A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after the order is placed.
Can I save my items in my shopping bag?
You are able to add items to your shopping bag and we will automatically save your selection for you. We will save your items for 30 days but we can't reserve them. Once an item sells out, the item will be unavailable at check out.
How do I use a coupon code?
You can enter the coupon in either the shopping bag or checkout page.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
No, we are not offering gift wrapping services at the present time.
What are the estimated shipping and tax values in my shopping bag?
The sales tax and shipping costs are automatically estimated based on your geolocation. You can change your location by clicking on “Change Location” and entering the postal code for the desired delivery location. To get an exact sales tax and shipping cost, you must proceed to checkout, select a shipping method and provide your shipping address.
