Very flattering blouse
Lovely blue color - would look perfect with a jean skirt. Also looks dressy and pairs well with navy and black. Generous cut. The only thing that would make it better would be if the ruffle stopped short of the bottom as the bottom of the ruffle must be tucked in your bottom garment. This would be lovely in a knit but this blouse has no stretch but it is nicely cut. Happy with my purchase.
