Holiday Returns & Exchanges Policy
Purchases made in-store and online during the months of November and December 2017 can be returned until January 7, 2018 (inclusively). Merchandise must be presented with price tags in place. Upon presentation of a gift receipt, holiday gift items can be exchanged or credited on a gift card for the original purchase price. Upon presentation of an original receipt, holiday gift items can be refunded in the original method of payment for the original purchase price. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted on December 26 and 27, 2017.
If you've changed your mind, don't fret! We'll gladly provide you with a full refund or exchange on items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Note that final sale items are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure the original ticket is attached and that you're able to present a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued with the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
We offer flat shipping rates, so you know what your costs are going to be when you place your order, and don’t have to worry about size or weight.
All orders are shipped in our own corrugated cardboard boxes or heavy gauge plastic.
You're welcome to return your online purchase at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store or by mailing your items back to us. Please note that any shipping costs incurred when returning an item purchased online will not be refunded.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN-STORE
Bring a copy of the packing slip, along with the purchased items you wish to return, to the Laura or Melanie Lyne store nearest you. Please note that we don't accept returns of online orders at our outlet stores.

EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL:
To exchange an item purchased online, send us an email to email@example.com or call our Customer Service helpline at 1-877-973-8638 (MON-FRI 9-8 EST and SAT-SUN 9-5 EST).
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IN-PERSON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT OUR HEAD OFFICE.
Merchandise purchased with PayPal should be returned by mail in order to credit the PayPal account. PayPal purchases can also be returned in person at one of our Laura stores but, in these instances, we're only able to issue store credit.
Upon presentation of a valid receipt, we'll grant one price adjustment within 14 days of the original purchase only. Final sale items are not eligible for a price adjustment.
To request a price adjustment for merchandise purchased specifically online, you must call us at 1-877-973-8638 (MON-FRI 9-8 EST and SAT-SUN 9-5 EST), or send a detailed email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items purchased using a promotion code or other discounts are not eligible for a price adjustment, unless only a free shipping code/discount was used. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.
The use of Laura gift cards is subject to the rules printed on the cards themselves and outlined on laura.ca. A Laura gift card is a final sale purchase and redeemable in-store only at any Laura or Melanie Lyne location. Laura gift cards are available for sale in-store and online for $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200 and $250. A limit of $1,000 is set per order. Laura gift cards are non-taxable, since any merchandise purchased using a gift card is taxed when redeemed using this method of payment.
Laura offers free shipping, with no minimum purchase required, when ordering gift cards online. Free shipping applies only when purchasing gift cards alone, without combining your order with any other merchandise. Free shipping is applicable Canada-wide (excluding YK, NT, NU), on Canada Post Expedited shipping only with any online purchase.
Final Sale and Exchange Only items
Certain purchases are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged. For instance, undergarments, earrings, hats, hosiery and socks cannot be returned in order to ensure the hygiene of these items. Gift Cards will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
For online purchases: occasion dresses are eligible for returns. Items reduced to 50% or more off the original ticketed price are considered EXCHANGE ONLY. These articles must be exchanged in-store only and presented with all the original labels and tags attached. Items must be unworn and unaltered in any way. Altered merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
For in-store purchases: occasion dresses and items reduced to 50% or more off the original ticketed price are considered FINAL SALE. These articles cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Finally, any purchase made at a Laura or Melanie Lyne Outlet store is considered FINAL SALE.
